While we only refund or exchange defective items, we do encourage you to contact us if you are not satisfied with your order. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We offer returns and exchanges on defective items up to 15 days after you have received the item. Please contact us within this time frame if you wish you report a defective or incomplete shipment and we will sort this out for you.

Only exchanges validated and approved by Zawadi Mode via email will be accepted. Once your claim has been approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label and provide detailed instructions on how to process the exchange or return. 

All other orders returned to Zawadi Mode will be exchanged for store credit. Any postage fees incurred from the return of your item will be deducted from your store credit.

All orders returned by the shipping company to Zawadi Mode due to incorrect or insufficient address will be reshipped to the correct address at a cost to the buyer.

PROCESSING TIME
Our processing time is 3-7 business days, and our normal days of operation are Mondays to Fridays. Processing time does not include weekends and national holidays. All shipping times below begin once the package has actually shipped.

SHIPPING WITHIN SWITZERLAND
The average shipping time via La Poste is two days. This shipping time is a rough estimate and is not guaranteed as shipping depends on your actual location within Switzerland, holidays/jours fériés, and current delays and restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We offer free shipping within Switzerland. 

SHIPPING TO THE USA

Shipping to the US takes 5-16 business days. This shipping time is a rough estimate and is not guaranteed as shipping depends on your actual location within the USA, National holidays, and current delays and restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Zawadi Mode currently ships all items from Switzerland. Customs duty and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are handled outside of your transaction with Zawadi Mode.

We begin processing your order as soon as we receive payment, therefore cancellations after payment are not accepted. We would advise you to take your time and ensure that you are ordering exactly what you would like before making payment.

1. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Shipping to Brazil
If you order from Brazil, we will need to collect further information to ensure that you receive your order.

Effective 1st January 2020, shipments to Brazil must include the recipient’s Tax Identification (ID) number on customs declarations and shipping labels. Once we receive your order, we will contact you to obtain this information.

Any orders shipped without the recipient’s Tax ID information may be returned or destroyed by Brazilian Customs.

2. How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders shipped within Switzerland take about 2-3 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Currently, most shipping couriers are experiencing shipping delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which may affect your order. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

3. Are customs fees, taxes and duties included in the sales price?

If you are ordering from overseas, your order will have to be screened at the border/customs in your country. Sometimes, you may be required to pay customs fees in order to receive your order.

4. Can I return my order?

We would love for you to be happy with every single gift you order from us! If your order is defective or incorrect, please ensure that you have our confirmation before you ship anything back to us. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the returns process.

All orders returned to Zawadi Mode will be exchanged for store credit. Any postage fees incurred from the return of your item will be deducted from your store credit

6. I saw an item on your Instagram page but it is not on your website. Does that mean you are no longer selling it?

Some items may take a while to be restocked, while some items may be discontinued. If you do not see a particular item you are looking for on our website, please contact us and we will advise you accordingly.

We will always notify our email subscribers of new arrivals to the store, so subscribe to our email at the bottom of this page.
